For 15 years, Michigan Collegiate Job Fair has maintained its excellence through continued efforts to get feedback from participants. This has included collecting evaluations during MCJF and follow-up surveys after each event. Participants are asked questions like How many companies/candidates did you speak to? They are also given the opportunity to comment on their experiences. The following are some of their discoveries and observations:

Candidate Evaluations

~ I got a lead on a company with entry-level positions that was not present.

~ I picked up on some of my own weaknesses as far as interviewing skills: making eye contact and just building up the nerve to talk to people and sell myself and my abilities.
